Storytime Information

Making connections—whether with books, music, multimedia, or people—is the foundation of storytime at Upton Town Library.

During Preschool Storytime, several picture books are read aloud followed by a theme-related activity or craft. We often have special events at this time including author visits, Storytime Yoga, firefighter and police officer storytimes, STEM programs, French-English storytimes, Spanish-English storytimes, and more!
No registration is necessary and kids of all experience levels are welcome!
Preschool Storytime is generally held on Thursdays at 10:30am. Ages best suited but not exclusive to 3-6.

TinyTots (aka ‘Baby’) Storytime is ideal for acquainting babies, toddlers, and young children with the library, literature, language and music, as well as for them to bond with their parents and caregivers and meet new friends! TinyTots lasts about 15 minutes followed by open playtime and book browsing. Drop-ins are always welcome and no registration is necessary. TinyTots generally meets on Fridays at 10:30am.  Ages best suited but not exclusive to 0-3.
