Irish Voices in Upton for St. Patrick’s Day!
Author/Actor/Teacher Stephen Collins returns to Upton on Wednesday, March 16th at 7pm in Upton Town Hall to present his one-man show “Irish Voices”.
Yeats, Joyce, Heaney, McCourt, and other prominent writers are represented in this dramatic offering about the poets and their work. “Mr. Collins' performances deliver not just the poetry and plays, but they bring poets and playwrights to life on the stage.”
Wear something green, and learn more about the rich linguistic culture of Irish Poetry.
This performance is free admission, supported by the Upton Town Library and the Upton Cultural Council.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Upton Cultural Council, a local agency, which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
