Upton Library Survey

Upton Library is conducting a survey about library services and the needs of the community.

Please take some time to complete the survey.  Its results will directly determine the services and programs offered by the Library in upcoming years.  Now is your chance to share your opinions.

The survey was sent to all Upton households as an insert with the Town Census.  Look for the pink sheet in the census envelope.
